Gliding Basic Training introduces the attendee to the core Gliding program, the unique Gliding Discs and exercises, science, technique and application for a variety of fitness classes. This course will cover general exercise science for functional and integrated movement as it pertains to flexibility, strength and cardio choreography specific to Gliding and the Gliding discs. The training will cover applications for stand alone Gliding classes, gliding integrated into various preexsisting classes,and use in both personal training and group sessions. Be introduced to the core gliding program. Cover general exercise science as it pertains to flexibility, strength, & cardio health.
