Strength With Energetic Athletic Training will provide creative body weight exercises to keep your participants coming back for more. Exercises will focus on strength and cardio components and how to effectively and flawlessly interlace the two. A focus on proper and creative warm-up and cool-down options will be discussed and demonstrated to help the fitness professional understand the importance of a strong and effective beginning and end to each class.
