A Biomechanical Approach to 3D Power and Agility Training

This course is not about doing agility and explosive drills for the sake of doing drills. This is biomechanically driven and tissue-specific training to address causes and compensations that either lead to injuries or slow down the recovery process. This is a lab-focused course loaded with exercises and drills, so come ready to see and experience 3D Agility Drills, 3D Explosiveness Drills, 3D Strength Progressions, and 3D Core Training. After this course, your athlete and patient will return to sport better able to perform. Period.
