The Original Strength Workshop is intended to teach personal trainers how to help their clients improve the quality of their lives by helping them regain their original strength - the strength they once had as a child. Regaining this original strength, this foundation of movement, is done by learning how to "remember" the body's developmental movement patterns. By reintroducing developmental patterns like rolling, rocking, and crawling, the nervous system can be reset, reflexive strength can be regained and mobility can be restored. A reflexively strong and mobile body is a healthy, resilient and capable body; a body that is ready and able to enjoy life's adventures. These developmental patterns also take advantage of the brain's neuroplasticity by creating, establishing, and myelinating neural connections between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, thus nourishing the brain and making it more efficient. The healthier and more efficient the brain, the healthier and more efficient the body.
