The Naked Workout involved no equipment other than your own body. This is a barefoot class fusing many modalities of fitness. Dance, pilates, core, yoga, body weight exercises, stretching, tai chi, breath and more. By being barefoot the participant gets a better feel for how they are moving through space and balance control. The sensory of the feet will provide feeback to the participant much different than working out in sneakers. A healthy, aligned and balanced body begins in your feet, and will translate through your entire kinetic chain (ankle, knee, hip, lower back).
