Corrective Exercise Solutions for Postural Dysfunction

With the movement towards sedentary lifestyle and sedentary occupations, there has been an increase in the numbers of individuals experiencing postural dysfunction pain. There has never been a greater need for fitness professionals who know how to recognize, assess and administer a safe and effective postural corrective exercise program. This information will help the fitness profession be of great service to their clients that are experiencing pain, nerve symptoms, muscle tightness, etc from postural dysfunction or those recovering from injury. Common postures dysfunctions (forward head posture, head tilt, rolled shoulders, excessive kyphotic curve of thoaric spine, shrugged shoulders, increased lordosis of lumbar spine, iliac levels, etc.)
