SPRI 360 MC Training

MC Training utilizes three primary variables to reach optimal muscle fatigue. They are "Volume” (amount of work or repetitions), “Load” (amount of force, intensity or resistance), “and “Power” (rate at work performed). MC Training is can be applied to many different goals like sports performance or firefighting, and is typically most effective in targeting weight loss goals and developing overall health and fitness.
