Kettleworx is a Fast, Fun, & Effective workout using innovative 3-Dimensional training. We focus on CARDIO, CORE, & RESISTANCE workouts utilizing the kettlebell to get your body moving in all directions and on 3 planes for a more effective whole body workout. This one day live workshop is for anyone who wants to learn how to teach kettlebell workouts in a more accessible way. Kettleworx programming is focused on taking kettlebell training to the masses by providing progressions and regressions within a pre-choreographed program. You will learn: •Technique and safety considerations, exercise breakdown, and options for modifications. •Coaching and cueing techniques to maximize the outcome for your participants. •Discover and discuss the importance of class rapport and how to develop this in your classes. •Practical application of your knowledge at the workshop with the opportunity for feedback. •Launch ideas for your club and opportunities to build your class numbers and members coming in to your facility.
