Welcome to your Level 1 XY® Pro-Training. In this 10 hour training you will learn the XY® format basics,8 pre-set XY® workouts, body mechanics for XY® sandbag, kettlebell, medicine ball and plyometric drills, injury prevention and modification and how to build out your own XY® workouts. At XY® we focus on building strength and flexibility WITHOUT compromising performance. Each XY® workout will build strength, increase cardiovascular endurance, speed, agility and recovery time. HIIT workouts are excellent for burning maximum bodyfat due to the intervals of max heart rate (MHR) and max effort. The EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) is also maximized after performing a HIIT workout. The benefits of maximized EPOC include hormone balancing, speedy cellular repair, and drastically increased metabolism for the 24 hour period following a HIIT workout.
