YMCA Kettlebell/Suspension Training

This course is appropriate for fitness professionals who have limited exposure to KB’s or the TRX Suspension Trainer (or who have never used them before) and wish to acquire a solid, applicable foundation for KB/TRX training and supporting theory behind why and how KB’s and the TRX are unique from traditional weights and machines. Additionally, the course will provide each instructor candidate with practical knowledge. At the end of the course, students will have a firm understanding of how to implement KB’s and TRX suspension training safely and effectively in a one-on-one and semi-private/small group setting.
