While the i360 Max is considered the global standard for sports performance, the 22 tests can be used with athletes of all levels as a means of measuring improved sports performance, health and fitness. It looks at an athlete across the 3 dimensions of athleticism, movement, and self discipline.
i360 Sport is a condensed version of the i360 Max test, using 9 sport specific tests it is a great evaluation to use with athletes in mid-season or recreational adult athletes.
i360 Youth is designed for children 8-13 years old and measures functional and lifestyle movement in a fun and entertaining environment.
