Cardio Peak Performance

The return of hi/lo impact class is back-with a twist. Combining the tried and true cardio patterns like step touches and knee lifts with blasts of power moves like power jacks and speed skaters, this cardio class will put your aerobic system to the test. Each cardio peak performance set contains 1 cycle of “cardio”, “peak” and “performance” offering up three levels of intensity and can be used for classes with small sections of cardio or linked together to create an entire 45 to 60 minute class. Whether you are new to teaching beat driven cardio or a veteran instructor, the formula is easy to learn, fun to teach, and will bring back life into your cardio classes.
