This will be a hands-on workshop set up in pairs. Each pair of attendees will have a tool called a goniometer to measure the knee angle of the cyclist. One person will sit on the bike while the other person measures and makes necessary adjustments. I will have a volunteer on a bike in the front of the room and will demonstrate one adjustment at a time, giving the class time after each adjustment for them to do it on their partner. After the first partner has been properly fit, the pairs will switch off and the rider will become the fitter.
