This course teaches weapon self defense strategies/techniques - it provides simple, practical, realistic and effective skills that can be learned and taught by fitness professionals. The knowledge of biomechanics gives a fitness professional an advantage in teaching self defense. Teaching basic level self defense does not require formal martial arts instruction.
