This Knee Biomechanics and Rehabilitation CEC will provide participants with the opportunity to review their knowledge and skills regarding knee biomechanics and rehabilitation, better preparing them to work with client with knee injuries. Participants will learn the anatomy and biomechanics of the knee, apply the principles to specific injuries and pain patterns, review ACL injuries and surgical techniques, discuss common injuries and rehabilitation, demonstrate an understanding of open-chained vs closed chained strengthening exercises and help participants learn how to apply this knowledge to provided case studies learning how to develop an exercise program for subjects in studies.
