This CFR foundation program combines graduated balance challenges with dynamic movement, controlled stabilization and unique lengthening exercises. The CFR is a complete workout system that not only enhances physical performance and balance; but has a profound effect on circulatory flow, lymphatic movement and overall body strength and alignment. This unique training teaches trainers and instructors vigorous protocol to provide clients with new and fun ways to train the “whole” body, 8-hours of hands-on practice, and a complete CFR course manual. Completion of this course also qualifies trainers for ongoing CFR specialty courses.
