FIT360 ON THE BALL - LEVEL 2

FIT360 - Level Two begins by covering the science and philosophy of training on the ball for function and performance. We'll identify what function is and you'll learn a simple four step evaluation system to determine whether or not an exercise is truly functional. There is a review of guidelines for safe and effective use of added resistance on the ball as a portable workout bench. Next, you'll experience a tough but attainable workout on the ball. We'll cover the more challenging exercise library along with a method for modifying each exercise to make each appropriate for all people. The workshop wraps up with program design.
