Training Against Time: Tabatas

This workshop is designed to introduce participants to the Tabata training method. By using Tabatas, Group Exercise Instructors and Personal Trainers can create quick, high-intensity cardiovascular workouts for clients and classes. Participants will learn to program classes for groups as well as individuals, and various ways Tabata-style training can be used to create a fast-paced and results-driven workout.
