POWERBODYZ is all about creativity and pushing the body to new limits. The PBZ method combines cardiovascular-type movements with body-weight only exercises performed within specific time sequences. This method allows the body to use both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems resulting in increased overall strength, flexibility, endurance and agility. By putting new twists on old-school moves PBZ packs each session with addictive workouts by incorporating powerful and unique movements that challenge the body like no other class. POWERBODYZ movements are “power moves” that focus on using all of the major muscle groups in each series of exercises. By performing them in an interval fashion, participants quickly get out of their more comfortable aerobic zones and enter their uncomfortable anaerobic zones. In this zone you increase your heart/lung capacity and endurance. The anaerobic zone is where the body burns the most calories.
