This workshop is designed to explore exercise patterns borrowed from Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and Fitness. This barefoot training is designed to be core focused and work small motor skills. Discover how these movements can be integrated into any exercise program for the benefit of balance, improved proprioception, coordination, endurance strength and flexibility. You will practice specific exercises and movement patterns that will challenge your muscular endurance, cardiovascular system, balance and flexibility. This unique blend of choreography is gentle yet challenging.
