Participants will learn how to design and teach a basic fitness trampoline program. Participants will be able to demonstrate how to warm up, increase workout intensity, and maintain intensity for an effective cardiovascular workout. Participants will also understand how to vary the workout through the use of interval training and moderating tempo. Participants will have a sound understanding of the fundamental movements to begin a fitness trampoline workout. There will be an emphasis on safety, quality of movement, and creating a meaningful workout that is effective and efficient. Participants will also learn basic moves that can be performed without bouncing including a comprehensive abdominal workout. An emphasis will be placed on proper music choice, choreography and program design that can be tailored for personal fitness training and general group fitness. Participants will learn ten core moves and how to connect the moves into a logical workout sequence.
