MASH Group Training strives to create coaches, not modeling instructors. Coaches will learn the 3 different sequencing formats on how to combine Mind/Body, Agility & Strength, and High Intensity Intervals depending on the time allotment for the class. All coaches will have the freedom to demonstrate their own expertise by inserting exercises as appropriate to each element. Coaches will learn how to improve upon their ability to break down an exercise for participants in order to demonstrate beginner, intermediate, and advanced modifications. In addition, they will learn how to help individuals set goals giving them confidence about their current level and allowing them to make necessary modifications so the workout is injury free. Coaches will also receive instruction on enhancing their communication and cueing skills with participants. Taking this course will provide the coach with the MASH Group Training certification allowing them to license the format teaching it wherever they choose to.
