Tae Bo® Basic

Tae Bo® Basic is more than just a kick/punch exercise routine. It is a practice that teaches individuals to connect and communicate with their bodies. This course will teach the Tae Bo® Basic Fitness techniques and how they incorporate the five virtues of fitness; TOTAL COMMITMENT to whatever you do, AWARENESS of yourself, EXCELLENCE-the truest goal in anything you do, BODY AS A FORCE of total change and OBEDIENCE to your will and desire to change; to become a total body workout for all ages and fitness levels.
