The TRX FORCE Expeditionary Functional Training Course will be the education solution for the new suite of TRX Expeditionary Functional Training products. The course will be a movement based multi-modality education course. The course will focus on the eight foundational movements (plank, pull, hinge, push, squat, rotate, step and lunge) as the baseline for the course. The Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer will be used to coach the proper movement patterns for each of the foundational movements. TRX modalities will serve as the baseline/instructional modalities in order to establish movement standards. Other modalities will be used to execute movement standards under different conditions of load, speed and ROM.
