Head to Toe Tubing

Get complete body workouts using one of the most inexpensive, portable and effective fitness tools. Tubing is remarkable for teaching movement patterns as well as for developing power, strength and endurance. Trainers will learn how tubing can be effective in improving the quality of movement patterns. It is also a safe and effective alternative to free weights and other expensive, bulky or cumbersome equipment. It can be combined with body weight or used in interval training for groups large or small. Tubing travels well, is affordable and can be used in both fitness and in-home training settings. Learn basic moves, complex patterns and incorporated cardio intervals. We will follow the lower body, upper body, core concept for a total body workout that exploits elastic properties to promote endurance and strength for all levels of fitness.
