MORE Express Strength

Lack of time for a workout is a common deterrent to regular exercise. Entice your students to stay engaged by offering express classes that work all muscle groups in less time. This workshop will review new exercises using a weighted bar, gliding discs, and bench. Each segment will use a different technique to keep your students guessing. Try some circuit training with the discs, combination exercises with the bar, and a more choreographed approach with the bench. While short and sweet, these mini workouts will deliver results!
