Assessing Core Function For Superior Results

This course is a must for all personal trainers and group fitness instructors. Most back pain starts with a weak core, but finding which core muscles are weak is often times not easy. Assessing core function will teach you how to assess not only the core, but other stabilizer mechanisms responsible for a healthy back. Walk away with the ability to assess cervical flexion activation, transversus abdominis function, the lumbo-pelvic stabilization mechanism, lower abdominal strength and coordination, and much more.
