We know that functional training approach will increase efficiency of training and motivation of our clients. Mobility and flexibility will increase functionality of sportive performance and daily life activities. Our fitness program should include injury prevention techniques and routines. Mobility exercises also provide more strength and increase quality of movements. When you move freely around the joint you will also decrease risk of injury. This seminar will demonstrate basics of mobility and neurophysiology of flexibility. Course time: 4 hours theoretical and 2 hours practical.
