Intro to CROSS CiRCUIT by Octane Fitness

CROSS CiRCUIT training is for professional trainers who are looking to offer a fun and effective new workout option for their clients. It offers an incredible full-body workout that challenges both cardiovascular endurance and strength training. The training course will educate trainers on the benefits of CROSS CiRCUIT training specifically with the Octane Fitness elliptical machine and the CROSS CiRCUIT concept. After completion of this course, participants will have an understanding of the following topics: introduction to Octane Fitness and key benefits of products, proper use of equipment, benefits of cross training and circuit training, designing and running a CROSS CiRCUIT group class, designing CROSS CiRCUIT workouts that specifically reach goals such as weight loss, post-rehab, toning and more, promoting the class to members, one-on-one training options, safety and how to generate revenue with the CROSS CiRCUIT program.
