In this course, instructors-in-training will learn the basics of Bokwa, including the 12 Level One Bokwa steps. They will learn how to execute the steps, how to teach them along with the correct signs (part of Universal Sign Language), as well elements of musicality, safety, and basic kinesiology. Bokwa Level One can be taught to children, adults, and seniors...all in the same classroom. This group cardio class can be considered interval fitness training, as it progresses from learning a step, to remixing it (or adding some variations and intensity), and finally putting it into a combination (highest intensity a participant can perform at safely). Bokwa is not only effective, but fun as well!
