KBIA The Anatomy of Kettle bells

KBIA Instructors will be able to assess an individual and/ or a group fitness class. Understanding the most critical cases that will need to be fixed first out of a group of people. They will also be able to successfully describe the correct kettlebell motions, fix individuals forms and explain why the correct motions will help burn fat, fight back pain, sculpt muscle, and develop an individuals balance, agility and conditioning level. You will explain posterior chain motions of the swings correctly. As well as execute and teach both kettlebell ballistics and kettlebell grinds. Finally, KBIA Instructors will be able to design over 1,000 classes: an entire hour of dynamic, diverse and exciting classes that will burn fat, sculpt muscle, develop stability and promote a healthy life style.  Two full days of training and education  (Saturday & Sunday ) with creator of Kettlebell Kickboxing ™  Dasha Libin Anderson, MS, NASM-PES, NASE, M-KBIA  and Master level trainer Jenel Stevens MS, CSCS, M-KBIA .  This is an intensive, hands-on workshop that will give you the tools you need to understand the concepts and principles needed to teach Kettebells and to successfully and safely, as well as help you fill your facility with kettlebell enthusiasts students!  Walking away from this seminar you will understand the history, principles, core motions and science behind the kettlebell. You will also understand how to sequence motions and combine the kettle bell principles and kickboxing principles with the foundation of sports science, physiology and biomechanics in order to create a result driven class made for a person of any age with any fitness background (beginner or advanced). You will understand these concepts as they pertain to both group and private settings.
