Meridian Touch Sports Yoga Workshop

Most athletic stretching has followed the principle of using force or pressure in order to create flexibility. In the east this has not been so. You'll come away with a set of tools that you can use IMMEDIATELY on yourself, friends, clients and students based on over 3000 years of proven Chinese Medicine practice. I promise you!
