Based on resistance training, barre works the muscles in both flexion and extension, and sculpts the long lean muscles of a dancer. The barre work is followed by cardio dance for a full body workout, that is strength, stretch and cardio, in only an hour! Teacher candidates will learn the CABARRET basics and formula to provide fantastic instruction!
