The Effects of Sleep on Overall Health

This training will focus on the effects of sleep on overall health; sleep cycles, sleep disturbances, how it is treated, adherence issues and strategies to improve participant engagement and adherence. Many participants have various sleep issues at different points in life and look for lifestyle interventions to help improve sleep habits. The purpose of this training program to provide the Web MD wellness coaches with information for better understanding and strategies to help participants.
