Through the unique centeredbeing system of movement and mindfulness, you will learn how to empower clients to get centered in their mind, body and life in class, one-one and seminar settings. This basic level Pilates and Yoga training will teach you: 1) the centeredbeing approach to centeredmovement: a unique blend of yoga, Pilates and movement therapy that can be performed on a mat and with a stationary chair; 2) the centeredbeing principles of mindfulness, which help people of all ages to cope with stress and to live more empowered lives; 3) how to develop and safely teach a centeredbeing mind/body/movement class in a variety of gentle and powerful formats; 4) how to use breath-based relaxation strategies; 5) how to create a tailored centeredbeing one-one personal training session; and 6)how to work with other allied health professionals to empower clients to create and sustain their well-being.
