This course will give instructors a clear and concise understanding of the RUSHFIT program and the confidence to teach it in a group setting. A focus on functional fitness emphasizing body leverage training and metabolic conditioning for beginners to advanced levels with a series of five 5-minute rounds in between a warm up and cool down. It is based on high intensity MMA-style circuit training and simulates the intensity of a fighter’s workout with a five round circuit approach designed to burn up calories using functional fitness and metabolic conditioning through efficient and powerful workouts.
