Peer Fitness Trainer Program - Continuing Education Seminar

Topic: Clinical Exercise Testing Description: The purpose of this presentation is to provide the Peer Fitness Trainer (PFT) with information regarding Clinical Exercise Testing and how it relates to Physical Fitness. Topic: Dynamic Warm Up & Recovery Description: The purpose of this presentation is to introduce the Peer Fitness Trainer (PFT) to how better prepare the body for the demands of work. We will also show easy ways to aid in recovery after intense training. Topic: Functional Movement Screening Description: The purpose of this presentation is to provide the Peer Fitness Trainer (PFT) with information regarding Functional Movement Screening, and to teach corrective exercises based on the results. Topic: Cholesterol & Nutrition Description: The purpose of this presentation is to educate the Peer Fitness Trainer (PFT) with information about cholesterol and nutrient-rich foods that can help lower it.
