Pound

The POUND training process is engineered to facilitate the quickest, most efficient and most retainable integration of choreography, science and teaching techniques. It is split into two days of four-hour block periods. The first day begins with an introduction of the fundamental elements of POUND and quickly progresses to learning the flow of a POUND class. The emphasis of day one is to learn the language of POUND, POUND PODS, counting 8 counts and understanding the flow and musicality of each track. This would be too intense and complex to learn in one day without time for it to soak in overnight. The second day allows you to apply the principles you learned on the prior day to dive deeper into more complicated choreography and techniques. POUND 101 is divided into two days specifically to account for absorption and retention of a completely new method of working out. • It is an a symmetrical, non-linear group fitness workout • YOU CAN HEAR YOUR BODIES ACURACY BETWEEN LEFT AND RIGHT • It is the only workout in the world where you can hear your bodies physical exertion • POUND brings the intensity yet always keeps it positive
