Effective Intervals

This course will educate fitness professionals on the effort (work/power) relation to stimulus and what the heart rate response is to this effort. Lecture will explore the limitations of heart rate, how and why to utilize heart rate for interval training, how lactate threshold is an integral part of this process, and most importantly, how to properly coach high intensity training intervals in your class.
