"Anatomy Functional Review of Upper Extremity and Scapula for Group Exercise and Personal Training by Lee Everett, MPT"

This course will give group fitness instructors and personal trainers a detailed review of anatomy with use of 3D Primal Anatomy technology. A lab portion will give insight into "Anatomy In Motion" so they can immediately apply these new skills of observation to their teaching techniques. Also, insight will be gained into prevention of common exercise-induced injuries in these areas. A combination of lecture, lab and practice in critical observation of exercise will enhance the participant's ability to recognize safe and unsafe exercises.
