This course teaches instructors and managers what to expect (and how to conduct) auditions and performance evaluations. It also presents industry standards and case law to support the importance of smart hiring & evaluation processes. Suggested Audience: Instructors who are looking to improve their overall performance by understanding what managers look for in an audition and performance evaluation, as well as a personal “check-in” to make sure instructor is avoiding burnout and not falling into some of the common traps that affect performance. Group Fitness Managers and any other club managers directly involved in the hiring, supervision and performance evaluation of group fitness instructors.
