Instructors have been teaching group strength classes for years! However, many participants may have injured themselves in group “strength” classes for various reasons – most often because the class was too fast or exercise selection was inappropriate for the setting. This workshop teaches instructors why certain exercises should be used in group classes and why others may not be appropriate. While many instructors only use music as background, this course will help instructors and trainers understand how to strategically utilize music in each class to get the most out of the workout for participants! Master the technique of cueing to music in a group strength class while effectively understanding exercise selection, breakdown, and sequencing.
