After completing The Roll Model Method® - The Science of Rolling, you will be able to deliver extremely effective corrective exercise techniques for yourself and your clients. The myo-fascial release balls are the perfect size and density to be able to carve out knots and tension in virtually every micro-region in the body while providing instant feedback as to the condition of the muscle. The techniques will help adaptively shortened muscles (Upper Cross, Lower Cross, etc) release which in turn allows joints find a more neutral or centrated state, providing relief for unhealthy tension patterns. The techniques learned in this training can give tight, stiff clients access to functional movements they couldn't otherwise achieve while providing a crucial down-regulation to the nervous system which contributes to stress reduction and global muscle tension.
