Movement Preparation is designed to help everyone move better, faster, and more safely! By using ONE of the movements from EACH of the six groups before each training session, you have the ability to incorporate fresh, alternative options, resulting in a dynamic warm-up. Incorporating different movement combinations guarantees that the user achieves the greatest threshold of function. By adding these exercises into current routines, promotion of greater mobility, agility and functionality occurs throughout the entire body. When you move better, you function better!
MOVE is a cutting edge process that eliminates the guesswork of appraisal and exercise selection, allowing you to provide each member/client with an individualized road map that will take them from where they are now to where they aspire to be. MOVE utilizes appraisals in all three planes at key areas of the body (ankle complex, hip complex and thoracic spine) in order to identify signs of instability, weakness and immobility. MOVE then provides you with simple strategies to restore any of those factors with movements that will result in healthier joints and better movement. Using MOVE at the beginning of each training session becomes an innovative experience where the member, not the product, becomes the focus of attention.
