Kettlebell Boot Camp

• Learn how to design and teach boot camp style workouts. Gain the skills necessary to provide Kettlebell Boot Camp sessions that incorporate pre-post assessments and a 45 minute total body workout. Each workout incorporates fat burning that helps turn your participants’ bodies into a lean machine by increasing their overall fitness skills and by completing a time efficient workout that combines cardio, strength and flexibility exercises in each session. Each workout section is broken down for you and practiced so that you and your future clients will have a complete understanding of all skill levels and concepts. All assessments of the program will be practiced along with details on how to market your program will be addressed. You will leave this session with the knowledge and skill set to teach a progressive and dynamic kettlebell program.
