ViPR Golf Conditioning

Though an 18 hole round of golf may last 3-5 hrs in duration, most of the conditioning necessary for golfers is toward improving golf swing mechanics. It is the role of the strength and conditioning coach to implement practices for improving mobility, flexibility, strength and power. ViPR is a tool which can be used effectively to improve these components of conditioning.
