The Pilates Medicine Ball Training (P.M.B.T.) System and practicum is a unique combination of classical core training with ancient resistance training methods. This extravaganza is a three part series. The core Training System I (TS I), II and III (separate sessions)* includes an energetic functional movement introduction and the application of ten extraordinary linear and construct Pilates medicine ball exercises! A brief group brainstorm jam session ignites and is followed by a smooth practical functional training master class to reinforce this athletic mind/body training experience.
