Postural Analysis and Exercise Considerations for the Fitness Professional

This two part course is an introduction to common posture faults and considerations for exercise program design based on postural deficits. Static posture analysis will be covered. The use of a posture grid and visual feedback will be included. Also, techniques and exercise to improve or adapt for posture faults is outlined.
