Poles for Balance, Mobility, and Walking

Poles for Balance, Mobility, & Walking Print CE Course demonstrates how to use poles in clinical and nonclinical settings to help mobility-challenged individuals improve balance, gait, posture, mobility, strength, and endurance. People with mobility challenges such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy, arthritis, and diabetes as well as clients preparing for or recovering from joint surgery can have profound freedom of movement from learning the many skills and pole-specific exercises presented in this course. Join mobility coach Jayah Faye Paley as she demonstrates the benefits of using poles and provides step-by-step instruction to help your clients achieve, maintain, and even regain mobility on a variety of terrains.
