QiForze is a pre-choreographed muscular strength format that combines pre-choreographed songs with freestyle interval training. Using body weight and inexpensive flat bands, participants will work all muscles groups, in various planes of motion. Instructors taking the QiForze Foundation Course will learn the foundation choreography, how to read the choreography notes, teaching skills and a pre & post testing protocol. Self assessments throughout the day help participants formulate and Action Plan for Self Development for further skill enhancement.
